2.A pneumatic leather hood is used for the upper mold and doesnt needs frequent mold  change.The lower mold is fixed with a single bolt and is easy and convenient to  change.Easy maintenance is assured with the PLC control program.

3.A total of 4 hot air blowers are equipped to activate the back part.The blowing time

for hot air and temperature can be easily adjusted depending on the back part's

thickness.

4.Lower molds can be replaced easily.This machine is used to produce sports, safety and casual shoes.

5.To set the correct molding position,this machine is equipped with focus lamp and clamps.
